Welcome to TripAlbum!

1. Introduction
Welcome to TripAlbum (the "Website"), located at https://tripalbum.app. TripAlbum is operated by TripAlbum Inc. (referred to as "us", "we", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application that allows you to upload photos from your camera roll and order them as printed goods.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Services
TripAlbum allows users to upload their photos and purchase printed goods, which are then shipped to their address. Each purchase allows the upload of up to 10 photos. The production and fulfillment of the printed goods are managed by our partner, Printful.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled and refunded only if the products have not yet been shipped. After shipping, refunds will be subject to Printful’s refund policy. Please contact us at javier@tripalbum.app for any refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, excluding user-uploaded photos, is owned by TripAlbum Inc. and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of their uploaded photos.
